Altitude changes everything. every saturday at 2p in March, we’ll explore how elevation shapes wine - from brighter acidity and slower ripening to finer tannins and lifted aromatics. Each week will spotlight a different region, but all share one thing in common: vineyards planted high above sea level, where tension, freshness, and energy define the glass.

03.01 — Coastal Spain
From the Atlantic winds of Andalucía to the Mediterranean shores of Catalonia, we’re exploring Spain through three iconic grapes. Salty, mineral Palomino, structured yet fresh Tempranillo, and textured, electric Xarel·lo - Expect brightness, savoriness, and fresh coastal energy.

03.08 — You Should Know: Jean-Pierre Robinot ($75)
A deep dive into the cult Loire producer who helped define natural wine as we know it. Robinot’s wines are alive, textural, and endlessly expressive — showing what Chenin Blanc and Pineau d’Aunis can become in the right hands. Come taste the philosophy in the glass.

03.15 — The Judgment of Paris ($60)
In 1976, a blind tasting in Paris changed wine history. In this class, we’ll taste Old World and New World expressions of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir side by side to explore how terroir shapes the world’s two most influential grapes. A fun, approachable way to understand structure, balance, and how wines translate their sense of place.

03.22 — Loire Valley: France’s Most Dynamic Region
From Muscadet to Chenin Blanc, Cabernet Franc to Pineau d’Aunis, the Loire is endlessly expressive. We’ll taste across styles to show the remarkable diversity of one of france’s most influential regions. Fresh, energetic, and full of personality!

03.29 — Wines of Sicily ($60)
Volcanic soils, Mediterranean sunshine, and ancient grape varieties make Sicily bold yet elegant all at once. We’ll taste mineral whites, bright reds, and wines shaped by the slopes of Mount Etna. A class full of texture, sun, and minerality.
