LARGE PARTIES
Are large-party reservations private? No. You'll have a designated section of the space during regular service with a mix of seated and standing room.
What is a food & beverage minimum? the minimum your group commits to spending on food and drinks during your reservation.Minimums vary based on guest count, date, and time.
How long is the reservation? weGenerally reserve between 2.5–3 hours depending on your group size.
Do I need an exact guest count when I book? we understand that getting guests to rsvp is difficult, and last minute changes happen. Your minimum and reserved space is determined by your party size. we need an accurate estimate to reserve the correct section.
Does everyone need to arrive at the same time? Nope. We recommend having a core group there at the reservation start time so we can get you started. we cannot extend the duration of your booking.
Can guests come and go? Absolutely. but if your guest count exceeds your original booking, we may not be able to accommodate your group and your minimum spend will increase accordingly.
Does everyone have to be seated? No. Our large-party areas are always mix of seated and standing room. the vibe is casual house party, not seated dinner. guests can mingle, move around, and share food and wine.
What if some guests aren't drinking or are only stopping by? Totally fine. The minimum applies to the group as a whole, rather than per person, and we always have non-alcoholic options.
How does payment work? We require at least half of the group minimum on one main tab. After that, guests are welcome to open individual tabs, with no maximum number of cards.
Is a deposit required? No. We hold a credit card on file to secure the reservation.
Do we need to pre-order food? we do not require large parties to order food. however, We'll reach out the week of your reservation with our current menu and help coordinate a pre-order for the table. You can always add more food and drinks during your reservation.
What kind of food do you serve? Our menu changes seasonally and is built around wine-friendly plates for sharing. For larger groups, we recommend a selection of dishes for the table to graze on throughout the party.
Do you offer seated dinners? We're best suited to a relaxed wine bar-style experience with shared plates rather than a traditional coursed dinner. we can accommodate up to 14 guests seated.
How do drinks work? we offer table service, rather than guests ordering at the bar. We recommend starting your group with a selection of bottles, and guests can continue ordering throughout the reservation. We also offer beer, soda, and generally 2–3 non-alcoholic options.
Can we bring a cake? Absolutely! There's a $40 cake fee, which includes storing, presenting, slicing, and serving it for your group. if you have multiple cakes, the fee will be applied for each one.
do you allow outside food? we do not.
What is your cancellation policy? We understand plans change, people get sick, life happens! For reservations booked on resy, we ask for at least 36 hours notice to cancel without penalty. For groups of more than 20 guests, the cancellation period will be stated at the time of your booking. Cancellations made beyond the cancellation period may be subject to a fee.
PRIVATE EVENTS
What can we book privately? Depending on your group size, date, and time, we offer private use of the spring/summer garden, winter patio, or a full venue buyout.
What's included? Private events can include an open bar with a curated selection of wines, beer, and non-alcoholic options, along with food packages tailored to the size and style of your event.
Can we customize the wine? Yes. We can curate the wine selection around the season, style of your event, and your preferences.
Can we bring our own wine? Outside wine may be permitted with advance approval. Corkage is $75 per 750ml bottle and $125 per magnum.
Can we customize the music? Yes. private events are fully customizable. we can accommodate a custom playlist through our sound system. DJs or additional sound equipment may be possible with advance approval.
Can we decorate? Absolutely. Simple florals, candles, and personal touches are welcome. Anything more involved or requiring florists or outside vendors should be coordinated with us in advance.
Can we bring a cake? Yes. For private events, we'll coordinate dessert and cake service as part of your event planning.
Do you offer private wine tastings? Yes! We can arrange guided tastings with curated wines, tasting notes, and food pairings depending on your group size and event.
Is a contract or deposit required? Private events require an event agreement and deposit which we'll provide with your proposal.
THE GARDEN + WEATHER
Is there music outside? Yes! We play music throughout the bar and garden.
Is the garden covered? Partially. We also have a large event tent that can be added when needed. During colder months, the garden is enclosed and heated, although we still recommend dressing appropriately for the weather.
What happens if it rains? Our covered areas and event tent allow us to host most parties in the rain. Unfortunately, large garden parties generally cannot be moved inside. If severe weather makes your event impractical, we'll work with you to reschedule or cancel without penalty.
BOOKING
How do I book a large party? groups of up to 20 guests can book directly through Resy up to 30 days in advance. For larger groups, please fill out an event request form on our website.
